Room hire is very easy - simply phone our administrator, Debby Forbes, on 01865 242666 and let her know what your requirements are. She works from 9am-12.00pm on weekdays. We have an answer machine outside those hours, so do leave a message. We are happy to take one-off or regular bookings.

Note that the centre is closed over Christmas and at certain other times of year. This calendar shows the dates on which the centre is closed.

Booking forms for large events and functions and small parties and general room hire may be downloaded here and posted back to our administrator at the address above.
SOCA Membership
Room hire is cheaper for members of the South Oxford Community Association. Membership costs just £2 for individuals (£1 for OAPs), or £15 for groups. Please fill in a membership application form and return it to our administrator.
