This page describes our rooms, some of which are accessible to wheelchair users - if you're not sure which one would best suit your needs, please ask. In each case, two prices are given - the member's rate applies after 3 months. Membership costs just £1.

Main Hall

£10.00/hour (£8.00 members)

Ideal for: functions (up to 100 people), large group activities.

This is our largest room (16 x 10m), with a long bar/serving area and a hatch through to our kitchen. There's an ample store of chairs and tables. The room has a wooden sprung floor, which makes it ideal for dance.

Our function rate is £100.

Meeting Room (Room 2)

£8.00/hour (£6.50 members)

Ideal for: meetings!

This is a good-sized room (6 x 4m), with a long table seating 12 twelve and a whiteboard. The two large windows have Venetian blinds and there are plants and pictures.

Lower Hall

£10.00/hour (£8.00 members)

Ideal for: medium-sized groups, children's parties.

This is a bright, freshly decorated room (10 x 8m), with a wooden floor. There is a brand new kitchen area with a fridge and a good supply of crockery. Comfortable leather chairs and wooden tables are available.

Room 4

£8.00/hour (£7.00 members)

Ideal for: medium-sized groups, band rehearsals

A large recreational room in our annex. High ceilinged with murals on some walls. Chairs available.

Kitchen

free of charge

This is available to all users of the centre. It is equipped with a fridge, sink, kettle, and gas cooker (with oven and grill). A small amount of crockery is available. Cups, saucers, mugs, plates, and an urn can be supplied on request. Exclusive use of the kitchen is only possible when a function is being held.

Lavatory Facilities

Ladies toilets (with a baby-changing unit) are upstairs, and men's downstairs. We also have a disabled lavatory downstairs.

Wheelchair access

We have wheelchair access to our Lower Hall and Room 4. There is a disabled lavatory situated adjacent to the Lower Hall. We are awaiting the installation of a lift to our upper floor by Oxford City Council.
