Circuits Club
Circuits Club is a fun fast-paced circuit training class suitable for all ages and fitness abilities. We do a mix of cardio and strength training exercises.

Yoga
Set yourself up for the weekend with this joyful 60 minute vinyasa flow class. We will practice gentle breathing techniques, strengthen the body through yoga poses, and explore some optional challenges with a playful approach. Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners.

South Oxford Art
South Oxford Arts (SOA) is a community based arts organisation, supported by grants and income from workshops. It aims to encourage new and existing artists, locally and beyond, to participate in the arts. More widely, SOA supports music and poetry as well as the visual arts, participating in Oxfordshire Artweeks and The Big Draw.
South Oxford Arts runs four monthly workshops: Creative Drawing, Sketchbook Development, Watercolours and Life Drawing. As well as an untutored Life Class, with a model, on Monday mornings.

Aikido – Koushinkan Oxford
Aikido is a non-aggressive Japanese martial art focused on self-defence. It uses locks, pins, and flowing throws to safely neutralise an attacker while protecting the defender. Our classes are open to all abilities, including complete beginners. We run both adults and children classes in a fun and friendly environment. Our aim is to help students build skills that positively impact daily life. We offer a free trial lesson.

Aikido – Traditional
Is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced martial artists. We teach traditional Aikido and incorporate some other martial arts to enhance its effectiveness in real life situations. Aikido does not require extreme fitness or flexibility and is suitable for all abilities. First lesson is free.

Jiu Jitsu Republic Oxford offers adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes in a friendly, beginner focused environment. Atado martial arts (The Far Eastern Club) is a long standing English club based on Ju Jitsu and Kung Fu; though it also incorporates a mixture of various usable techniques from other styles. For over 15 year olds of either sex who train together so as to be realistic in practise.
