About Our Group
Our Free Style Self Defence classes are based on different types of martial arts, utilising legs, arms, elbows, knees etc.
These classes run through striking movements, body conditioning, and practical self-defence!
Each class will always focus on technique and perfecting basics. These classes are non-contact, but will occasionally have pad workouts and this will allow you to work out against resistance.
These classes are functional and will put your body through the ultimate workout, as each move will be working out more than one muscle, which makes this style of training an all around functional workout! From 16yrs onwards , so train with your Mum, Sister, daughter, friends etc.
